The Global Challenges: Ready for the Future Conference is a one-day, student-led event hosted at Leiden University FGGA Building - Wijhaven, bringing together thinkers, practitioners, and students from across disciplines to engage with the most pressing issues shaping our world today.

Organised under the umbrella of the Study Association of LUC - Fortuna, the conference explores topics such as climate justice, migration, technology, inequality, and human rights through lectures, workshops, panels, and interactive sessions.

Our 2025 theme, Ready for the Future, invites participants to think critically and collaboratively about what a just, sustainable, and inclusive future looks like - and what role we each play in building it.
